Does anyone know how to adjust nouns settings on Windows XP?

I'm trying to history myself and I either go and get just my voice or only the music when I want both! It's getting frustrating. Any suggestions are welcome, appreciation. :-)

I suggest using a program call Audacity.

You can dictation your voice first then donate music in as a minor layer by simply dragging and dropping into the fanlight. If you wish to lower or tilt the sounds leveI of either you can do so by highlighting the quantity you wish to lower and using the amplify effect. I outstandingly encourage this program. Its small and comfortable to use.
