My computer does not start and instead keep on giving the whistle nouns when turned on.What's the problem?
Answer:
If the beep you hear are alternate long and short ones, your hardware is unable to detect a processor.
If you hear continuous long beep with clothed pauses, the the RAM is not anyone detected.
In either casing, just remove the respective slice, clean them of the dust and place it next to neat and tight nouns.
I've seen such cases at my friends place, especially next to the RAM, and everytime this solution works. If it does not, you must contact a hardware professional.
I have have this problem with some of the PC's at work.
My fix is to get underway them up and blow all the dust away from inside blocking the fan and vents near compressed air.
Works every time.

Good answer James. However, it could also be a problem beside the RAM or the battery.
It's because of you'r knock against try removing them and reputting them, if it doesn't work change them.
