Sounds like spyware, and that's not something you can "uninstall." Get upright anti-spyware downloaded and installed and run it. SpyBot and Ad-Aware are probably the best free anti-spy and malware programs available, and you can get them both at download.com. Then return with the latest updates for both, as you don't go and get the latest revision on the download.
