Answer:
Of course Macs are sold within stores, however refurbished ones are only available through Apple's online store. There are, however, returned computers at Apple's brick and mortar stores which are available for a discount. They also discount machines that used to be out on their floor as demo unit. If you're near an Apple Store, you could phone up and ask if they have any available.
None of Apple's current laptops own hard drives that small, though save in mind that Tiger uses 3-4GB of space by itself, and iLife 06 take up 10GB, so a 15GB hard drive doesn't depart you with enormously much storage space.
Apple Refurbished
the products are fully warrantied and you can also cover them for a full 3 years with AppleCare

I purely got an imac computer desktop and love it. I haven't have any problems with it, and so effortless to put together. I have a regular laptop from Gateway that I can probably update if I inevitability to at a later time. There is a store call microcenter that sells refurbished computers for pretty cheap, and you may enjoy luck there, they also enjoy a website if they don't have one within your area as they aren't adjectives over the US yet. I've put the intertwine below. Good luck and have fun shopping!!
