Give me an thought nearly jersey setting of harddisk and compact disc room how the position of pullover affects?
Answer:
Jumper settings on most of the disks are explained. Generally the IDE disks we use allows us to enjoy 4 disks. Disks here can be replaced with devices approaching CD ROM's /RW/ DVD-ROM/DVD-RW's also. Now surrounded by all these 4 disks 2 exploit as masters, 2 as slaves. Further you have the concept of primary and lesser, so you have a primary master, a primary slave, a minor master and a secondary slave. The detection by the BIOS of the systems and also the booting sequence is fixed by this. Primary Master is first preffered followed by secondary master and afterwards comes primary slave and secondary slave. Now when you connect a device to any of the notes busses or cables you assign these roles to the disks. The disk you want the system to boot first is given primary master role. Generally it is recommended that you place the not easy disk containing your OS to the primary master setting. Next comes the secondary master. This can be your compact disc ROM or something like that so that if your primary master fail to boot up your CD ROM can be used. Other disks containing background can be put as slaves in the command of primary and secondary. Now the jersey pin can be set to make a disk feat as master or slave. There is also a setting to limit your space to 32GB on a 40GB rock-hard disk. This setting is used on older motherboards whose BIOS doesnt support 40GB HDD. So if you enjoy a fairly recent PC you can humiliate that.
set them all for cable select and put the cable on it. Its 2006! you don't want to set jumpers anymore!
u own a jumper afterwards u have an IDE on your motherboard.it adjectives depends on how many harddisks and cd's u own but the most important entry is that u must have a master device on the first IDE. if u own 2 hard disks later one of them must be a master and the second either slave or cable select.
matching is with the second settle that is if u own one cd drive then it is better if u connect it as master if u own two then one must be master and the second any slave or cable select

Different makes of IDE not easy disc drives has different pullover configurations. In Samsung the HDD is selected as Master if you choose the first one from the disappeared. The second set of pairs make the drive as Slave, the third couple from left make the drive to be Cable Select one. For Seagate the first one from left make the drive Master, if you want to select the drive as Slave then you should not use the pullover, just start out it jumper smaller amount. I can't recall the Cable Select substitute. It is better to follow the instructions printed on the HDD's level to engender the jumper configurations.Else you can check on the manufacturer website for details.
Jumper setting is writing on HDD. According to makes pullover setting is change.
