Need to know if I can of late start over by replacing the disk back within & start again? I want to install XP but when it took 2hrs. of installation I didn't know if it was stuck or something so I shut it rotten from the tower button & removed the disk. Can I start it over again & let it give somebody a lift its course now that I know its a long proceedure of installing? Do I of late place it back contained by again? Or do I have to do something 1st because I didn't agree to it finish? I am a beginner next to these things & I need give support to A.S.A.P. please. When you took out the disk you interrupted the installation process at what point is not major. The best way to restart is a cold boot. IE: turn rotten power on the power supply if it is switchable to computer or unplug from wall for 30 seconds next plug back contained by and restart. This will reload cmos to proper setting,
