Highlight everything you want to put in alphabetical instruct. In this case, your entire register.
Click the Table Button, found in the Menu Bar. Move down to Sort, and click. Notize the A to Z pictographic beside Sort.
Look at each choice offered within the Sort area. Notice that you could sort by Number or Date also. Plus you own the option of sorting your register in any an ascending or descending order. Then click the OK Button.
Repeat the steps to try sorting your index in a descending instruct.

Highlight what you want to sort, click 'Table' > 'Sort', later choose your sort criteria (i.e. A-Z or Z-A etc).
