Filter Keys is an annoying Windows feature that can be turned bad permanently within one simple step. Filter Keys ignores grand piano input unless the key is held down for a significant term of time, and is triggered when you hold down a key, such as shift, for 8 second. Tech/engineering blog //engtech explains how to disable Filter Keys permanently:
“Control Panel >> Accessibility Options >> Remove adjectives check-marks
“But wait, there’s more! That isn’t satisfactory to get rid of FilterKeys, you also hold to go to the Settings sub-menu and remove the check-marks near.
“Hit OK twice and you’re finally rid of the damned thing.”

Sticky keys and filter key are similar and you can get rid of both by using same accessibility option menu
I just pressed shift LOTS of times and it's gone Hurrah!
Tom :)
Start, Control Panel, Accessibility Options, consequently click on settings and untick the use shortcut box. This will stop it being enabled when you press shift 5 times.
do a go through on yahoo for stickey keys or try looking at http://www.ntcompatible.com the answer is on at hand for you...never heard of it myself but at hand are the instructions on how to stop it on there
Get rid of it equal way you get it. Hit the Shift key five times and follow the directions.
try pushing shift 5 times again. a box should pop up. consequently press cancel.
