Belkins Class Action Lawsuit?

Has anyone else hear of this?
Today I checked my email and apparently:
A class action lawsuit be filed against belking and settle because
"the actual information throughput rates and/or connectivity ranges would be lower than the rate and/or range, identified on the product:"
I haven't have a problem with my belkin product.
What do you expect I should do?
I "think" I would get any 100% refund or 50% stale online purchases.

Answer:
First off, did you register your product?? If you didn't, how'd they gain your e-mail address???

I have a Belkin Wireless Router, and I didn't achieve that e-mail.

Next, check Belkin's website. They HAVE to post that they're being sued. If it ain't in that, it's probably not real.
