I'm not sure if that's possible. But you can drag and drop everything contained by the order you'd approaching although it will take a while if you own a lot of programs.
To do this you click on the item (don't release the click) and move it where on earth you need to be, and afterwards release the click.
JUST RIGHT CLICK PROGRAM LIST ... THEN SELECT SORT BY NAME
