My computers acting abnormal?

whenever i try to answer a put somebody through the mill i click on thing to answer the give somebody the third degree but then the computer freezes but i can still move the mouse and after i do ctrl+alt+del and it says the internet is not respoding and this singular happens when im on QAPOP.com
