Need MoBo to adopt a Xeon Woodcrest?

I am thinking nearly just going flat out nuts beside my latest comp build.

I own a roomy ATX case, that I'm thinking in the order of fitting with a MoBo w/ a Xeon on it.

Any recommendation ? Links are good.
