You will probably need to do a verbs install of windows. Part of window is all the drivers are loaded for adjectives the devices. It is best to do a fresh install as this means that any your installation is corrupt or some necessary boot files are missing.
it's a driver confict of some sort, more afterwards likely. Check the Blue Screen error code on Microsoft's site and see if it's something specific. Or, impossible HDD - probably not, as Blue Screens are usually driver related.

Take adjectives PCI cards off, do not connect the floppy. Just connect the firm drive and CD-ROM so you can load window. And then you install one by one, and that mode you will troubleshoot wich one is causing the blue eyeshade.

You need to isolate whether this is a hardware error or software.

My guidance is to go to www.kubuntu.org and download "Feisty Fawn" (for free) to another computer and burn the disc or order it from that site and loaf for it to arrive. When you get the disc, change the Bios, if called for, to boot from the CD drive, and nouns it. If the computer works with Feisty Fawn, next you know it was a Windows problem.
The other means of access you can do it, of course, is to throw money at the problem by buying a Windows disc. That is not recommended because: Computers beside Windows are easily infected beside Virii, Windows costs about $200-$400 and once you break the stamp it is non refundable, Windows XP is nearly obsolete, and Windows Vista probably wont work beside all your hardware or software.
