Well...whenever a person change the battery on the CMOS you must reset the BIOS to it's defaulting settings....if you haven't done this then to be exact why the BIOS is asking to return or reset itself to it's default settings....do so contained by the BIOS and see if it stops this dialog!
It might be more complicated than this, but it sounds like your clock's counter chip have gone bad and when it reach some number it resets to 0 because of whatever is defective within it. It might be your firmware, telling it to reset by individual poorly programmed. try updating it, or if you recently updated it attain rid of it.
i would bet someone else is accessing the bios because the bios is flashed it doesn't amend by taking out the battery the mobile removal resets the cmos so either you enjoy a split personality or you necessitate to find out who's changing the bios
