My cpu power flimsy turn past its sell-by date at times and the eyeshade begin to move what is the problem near it?

well usually when the comuter eyeshade begins to "move" its usually because of turning on a adjoining TV or other magnetic-field type device. Try using your computer away from these electronics to see if thats the problem.

Sounds like fruitless AC power. You should get a UPS from APC at your computer store. I've have my PCs on UPSs since 1997. Makes them last longer too.
