ATTENTION All Computer People! ` Who can numeral this one out for me?

Ok I thought I know a little in the order of computers, but apparently I don't. Mine has stopped working (connecting to the internet) I own dial up service through netscape. It's a Dell with Intel.
If any of you computer empire can diagnose this problem I would be mucho appreciative!

At first it kept saying "The application have failed to start because ole32.dll be not found. (I have no impression who ole32 is)

Then it said "Installing the application may fix thsi problem".
And at one point it was wise saying "Cannot detect modem" and then a box popped up & said "winlogon.exe- not sufficiently expert to locate component."

BUT WAIT! That's not all! Here's what else it said....

"User Interface Failure
DLL msgina.dll poor to load.
Contact your system administrator to replace the DLL or restore the origional DLL. (no clue what DLL is)
Then this morning it said "You hold plugged a digital phone line into your modem." But I did no such point! Then there be a connection error #680.
Any suggestions?

Answer:
msgina.dll is a module loaded by Winlogon to implement the authentication policy. The database performs adjectives user identification and authentication interactions.
ole32.dll is a library which contains core OLE functions.

Usually when the message 680 (no dailtone) and "cannot detect modem" pops up, technique bad modem. But near the other errors mixed in here, possible virus or corrupted files on the computer itself (that includes the driver for the modem).
Could try clicking on start ... run... sfc /scannow and then ok or enter knob. Will try to fix windows files (ME not supported).
Might want a local computer store to check it out.
Possibility that your modem died.

They don't cost much - est $15 (if that much)
and they install pretty jammy.
Reload the software provided by Netscape for your dial up service and see what happens.

Sounds as though you may own gotten hit with a worm or virus as resourcefully.
what I would recommend in doing to try to fix this problem is to fun a system restore. Go to start, adjectives programs, accesories, system tools, and system restore. I would suggest is to go put money on several days before the problem started occuring. Hopefully this help if not freshly let me know. Below is the error that you are getting the resolution that might facilitate fix it.
you got jacked...

ole32.dll is a msft system profile

msgina.dll is a msft authentication control

dll's in nonspecific are Dynamic Link Library (DLL) they are like little self contained programs that are used by a range of applications and the OS.

all the other stuff is segment of the same problem....

you call for to run a spyware sweep and clean on your system...I use AVG (40.00) + spyware DR (30.00) + ccclearner (free, but fixed and no spy ware cleaner) + ASO (free full function trial)

if you find that your dll's are still messed up, download new one's (google) download and install...

I'd verbs up your registry too....= ASO (advanced system optimizer)...
