I enjoy window vista 2007. Can't find window games. their instructions to Java characters don't game my laptop. ??

Yahoo trouble shoot say it is Java script not involved. Their instructions to activate don't clash my new window vista lists. I can't find Java to elicit. Help. Desk top HP Pavillion o1710n 4200+ is new notebook.
