i think the problem is surrounded by one of ur hardware.... reinsert the data & power cable of ur harddisk, reinsert the RAM, & reinsert the CPU... may back to prevent this problem...
ur cpu may be overheated... i also hav this problem. then i replace my processor & nw it is going accurate.
also try to format & reinstall ur operating system.
