My computer say my memory is full. How do I bring back rid of some of my stuff to free up my memory?

Delete your acting files and reduce the number of running applications and programs. You do not hold enough memory for what you are doing.
There are applications out in attendance to manage your RAM, but they fall up slowing you down trying to control memory usage if you have too abundant applications running.
