If it is getting "loud sounding" that is not related to Ram or your graphics card. It is related to a follower in your system. Most possible one, or multiple of your fans are off-balance due to dust. You can any replace them, or try to clean them again.
If you own multiple fans, a short time ago leave the crust open and you can find out which hanger-on is causing the disturbance. Video fan on the higher completion cards are big villains for this.
It may be your cd-rom drive reading a disk at a lofty RPM rate. See if it makes one and the same sound beside no disk in the cd-rom drive. Other than that, you might be over working your computer by running to copious programs at once and causing the cpu enthusiast to run at a very elevated RPM. Also, your motherboard might have an integrated graphics that uses some of your RAM.
