Assign different knotty drives to users?

How can i set up a minor hard drive to be another user account's primary. for example: if they wish to save something, it go directly to that hard drive, instead of them clicking through my computer and adjectives that stuff.

Btw, i am running a windows xp and yes both drives are ntfs

Cannot be done and is unnecessary anyway. As your files/folders can be protected from other user accounts.
