I enjoy a problem getting to the desktop when I accessible up my Dell computer. How can I fix it? Details are below.?

I hold a Dell computer (Precision 220). Whenever I try to log into my user account, I win this message: "You have to install SHDOCVW.dll". How can I install this, and how can I attain my desktop back to its inventive state (with the taskbar and icons surrounded by view)? I somehow got to try system restore, but that didn't work.

Help appreciated, thankfulness.

Answer:
Try rebooting in sheltered mode and attempt another restore.

Just in satchel ur not sure how to do this > During startup when you first see white letters Hold down F8 until you receive to boot options. scroll down to Safe Mode and hit Enter.. Ur desktop will look different but dont verbs.
I searched symantec.com an I regard you have a piece of adware on your PC. If you can download/buy and install an Adware remover (for free you could try Adaware SE) and that should clear it. If you can't, I suggest going to a local PC firm more or less it.
You can do it two ways;
1:Start ur computer and keeep pressing F8 ket until screen asking for which mode you want to login to. copy the desired SHDOCVW.dll report with command DriveName:>> Copy E:\ SHDOCVW.dll C:\Windows\system\
Where E: is the destination within your CD Drive for the directory. After type regsvr32 c:\windows\system\SHDOCVW.dll and press enter.
By doing this technically u register the missing Dll but there could be a possibility that skylight now ask for another dll and fanlight found missing, as window do queue by line execution. you probbly get victim of some virus.

2: the best is to reinstall your skylight. as It will not destroy your information saved on ur computer. It ll be a duplicate copy of fanlight on ur PC once u backup ur system U can format anf re install a fresh window. It will talke the most 30 minute time every time.
travel to start----->Run---->then type 'msconfig' next goto 'Startup'
tab and uncheck all of the checked check boxes ----->consequently ok and restart ur pc.
i dream up it will work(if ur OS is WinXp)
If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem near device drivers, hardware or software.
