I use win98. It doesn't support Arabic lettering. What should I do to hold enjoy Arabic support surrounded by matching win98?

My PC is celeron of 900 MHZ near 128MB Ram. I don't want to use any other windows. I want solely Arabic Script support in my present windows98se. Please assist me.

Start
Control Panel
Regional and Language options
It will be english ( en) or U.S
move about through the list and select Arabic. ( sorry not surrounded by list )
Go to Advanced and select for non unicode etc.
( this is from XP and should be same for win98SE. will check my other computer and update next. )
Go to the Accessories under start and afterwards system tools check for Character Map here you may be able to find some apt luck..
