Check that the internal speaker is correctly connected to the motherboard. If yes, and there is no beep, your problem is either next to the motherboard or CPU or both.
If you tried to over clocked the pc, from the BIOS don't forget to clear the CMOS.
I assume you turn the notebook on, the lights on the case work but zilch comes on to the screen.
If near is any beeping from the internal speaker consequently the problem lies with the run into or screen card.
If you lately added any hardware try removing it ans see what the pc does. Otherwise name a qualified PC technician.
