Answer:
I own problems similiar to that before and it could be you memory strike!!! or the worst a virus!!!
maybe u own a virus. or u can check ur ram walk to my computer and view the system information. i recomend at least possible 1 gigabyte of ram.
contact the personality who sold it to you he/she probably have the answe or know somebody who can help u.
Ok when i get my new computer it be freezing alot too. i think its because you hold to get it used to human being on.. i would take it into a tech personality because the more it freezes the more damage it would bring back when mine was freezing it basically did that for the first couple of days then it cleared up by its self
First formulate sure you have run a virus scanner, anti spyware program etc. to determine if you are infected.
Then, it depends if the programs or games you've installed on the computer are compatible, if you own enough memory or easier said than done disk space or adequate video card.
Your best to try and uninstall adjectives the programs you've installed and see if this helps the problem, if it does after its one of the programs causing it. If it's not the programs you could try and do a system restore to a point when it be running properly. You could also re install the entire system again (hopefully you have a taking back disk made though and know how to do it).

If you've tried the above and it's still freezing, it may be an improper installation or some munificent of hardware problem. It's new and is lower than warranty ( usually is for a year) so I suggest you go backbone to the place it was bought from or phone the precise assistance for support.
listen go to microsoft.com and flush for DIAGNOSTICS in the downloads you should see a download for a diagnostic tool that checks your strike to see if there is a hardware problem. if it isn't hardware consequently you may have to reload window wit system recovery. i basically had impossible to tell apart problem with my computer that i get in Jan if you want to run the diagnostics past you reload windows you will involve to download another software program from microsoft i will post a link to it for you. YOU DO NOT NEED IT IF YOU HAVE A FLOPPY DRIVE http://oca.microsoft.com/en/windiag.asp...
