I'm getting a brand unknown 2.4 Ghz quad core soon, and I was wondering how to overclock within bios. I'd like it at a steady 3Ghz. I'm also looking to OC my 2 SLI Nvidia 8600GT 's. Any info would be great, gratitude.

I recommend you to use water cooling if you want to overclock
nvidia 8600 can be overclocked by the nvidia driver
If you want better behaviour,upgrade.dont go in that you will overheat .If you have to ask dont step there!
