really, if you are looking for a complete computer explicitly cheap and works for basic stuff afterwards then hand over dell a try. They have a low closing stages dimension model for around $350, but with no monitor. Try getting one of their antiquated catalogs and try to order the tools that came next to the monitor as well. They also contribute free shipping.
You need to do some shopping because I'm sure you won't find a accord any other way. Even shop around local computer shops and most important retailers to see if they have something that interests you.
Try this site and select a refurbished computer if you prefer not to build your own:
I presume you shouldbuy HP pc as it costs smaller quantity then 15,000 or you can buy a laptop on installments.
I'm not sure how much of a tight budget you're on or where you come from but I be in a similar situation myself and found Computer Warehouses be the way to shift for very low prices and up to date components. Of course the brands aren't usually going to be really big names or hold all the modern fangled things but the comparison in parts and dramatization between their prices and other stores usually mean a good of a few hundred dollars, however they don't always come next to a monitor.
you can either steal one or you can build one yourself. the components are impressively cheap and it's not really a biggie to do it. other than that you can't, unless you live within Somalia and benefit from the Bill Gates Foundation's Free Laptop for Hungry Kids Initiative
