Should i power down my computer if i use it every morning or quit it on?

I usually keep mine on except when i move about on vacations.....it really doesn't business too much, I just don't approaching waiting for it to boot up. Saving on the electric bill may help too.
AS LONG AS YOU KEEP IT AT COOL TEMPERATURE. IT SHOULD BE OK. MY COMPUTER HAS BEEN ON FOR AT LEAST 2 YRS. IT DOESN'T HURT TO TURN IT OFF SOMETIME.

Hibernate, hit alt-F4 while on your desktop and choose hibernate. It saves you session to the disk so it take 5 sec to turn back on. No power useage. If you can spare the time it might be best to turn it sour. Also the spyware thing is bull**** you can't lately send someone a virus. They involve to open it or click on something.
