Did a restore week ago but inevitability to do it again and won't says it can't restore to that point. When I sign rotten my screen turns adjectives gray and empty and I can not do any entry to close it except manually shut it off..why?

System Restore can go and get corrupted and it can also store traces of virus files in it. If you own no earlier date you can try, clean System Restore out, Defrag your disk, and after do virus and spy ware scans. Once you own done all of this, if your computer works, you can next turn System Restore back on and it will create a strange restore point at that time.
