and i am using:
Intel(R) 82865G Graphics Controller
In Game:
fps_max 150
cl_updaterate 20
cl_cmdrate 30
cl_smooth 0
I am getting 0-5 Choke
and 0-5 loss
but my ping go up to 800
In: 60-100
Out: 60-80
please help

i would guess its contained by ur connection not ur workstation ...
It could be an issue on your end. What resolutions are you running the activity in? Without a loyal video card and a Celeron processor, it could be your system that is cause the problem due to poor game enactment.
video card, thats all. how can play spectator sport with on the bus video card.
The lag is cause by your integrated graphic card

First, Upgrade your graphics card to the GeForce 8600GT EVGA Superclocked 256MB, its abit pricy but itll bring where you want to dance. Secondly, try lowering all your graphics at the option screen
