I be installing software from intel when my computer freshly shut rotten very soon it wont turn hindmost on?

very soon when i turn it on, the light on the front of the tower shows a solid red, doesnt go historic post. no beeps, monitors dont pick up, no usual sounds. just fan start. thats it.

when it initially shutdown, it happened while i be installing this intel temp monitor. it just shut sour the monitors and the fans kept running but the night light was ginger. please someone help! i cant integer this out
