You might be better off next to the whole entry. Just replacing a fan is tough plenty to find the right size.
This is a case admirer. It may work if you get it to mount. You probably stipulation something smaller. Usually the CPU fan is smaller, but, the blades enjoy more "Pitch" to move air faster.
Above me is a biddable fan and heatsink. But, I can see you enjoy a bigger price difference, but, you burn up your CPU and it really get expensive.
this is a CASE FAN, not a CPU disciple.
Just a small suggestion, Pentium D's get awfully hot. Way hotter than today's core 2 duos. As someone already suggested, progress buy a new heatsink and aficionado. Extreme heat not lone would kill your processor faster, it slows it down, too. I suggest investing on a heatsink adherent that you will still use if ever you upgrade.
