Answer:
8 The 2nd hard drive cost you the partly point from me. Here's your chance to bash mine as okay http://360.yahoo.com/profile-ewqgl8i7dk4... My Pc and the Old ladys box are in the Photos, the specs are contained by there as ably. Post your ratings on my page for both if you like.
I haven't asked this give somebody the third degree yet, going to build some changes on my PC first next maybe I will. Really doesn't business that much to me, but I do like expressing my thoughts on other PCs.
Would rate your contrivance a 7.0 for these reasons
1 - upgrade to 8800 GTX videocard (or 2 contained by sli)
2 - upgrade to mobo with 680i chipset and qx 6700 quad core processor
3 - upgrade to corsair memory 1066 fsb
4 - affix more hdd's and setup a RAID array (WD Raptors)
5 - does optical drive use sata instead of ide interface?
6 - you may require more power surrounded by the future
Still fully clad specs and likely to fullfill most users requests
EVGA GeForce 8800 GTS Superclocked 320MB PCIe
=6/10 (Though its the latest 8800GTS but I will not one-sidedly buy a card from EVGA due to poor quality.)

Intel Core 2 Duo E6700 2.67GHz 4M Processor
=9/10 (I tender 9 because its not Core 2 Quad.)

Intel D975XBX2 ATX Motherboard
=10/10 (One of the best board available as of now.)

2GB DDR2 PC6400 800MHz Memory (Kingston HyperX )
=8/10 (2GB aren't ample for me, I'll go for 3 GB.)

160GB 7200RPM 3G SATA II Hard Drive
=7/10 (Not discouraging but usually would separate system disk and data disk)

18X DVD+R/RW-R/RW Dual Layer Drive
=7/10 (You didn't mention the entrepreneur, 18X DL DVD+-RW is quite adjectives nowadays)

52x32x52 CDRW Drive
=2/10 (CDRW is as good as useless to you, not sure why u bring back it since u already have a DVDRW)

500 Watt Power Supply
=3/10 (Microsoft recommend at smallest a 550 real power PSU to run Core 2 processors for stability and to draw from it from a reputable manufacturer is equally substantial as most of the ordinary PSU don't run at concrete power. Would recommend you to get a 650 Watts from HEC, Antec or Silverstone)

Conclusion: You bring back 6.5/10
