I did a system rescue, and i want to know if Compaq can bring my stuff rear?

i did a system repossession:F10, and my computer went hindmost to when i first got it.every entry is gone.it even went subsidise to windows home edition, and I have windows home edition the first time i get my comp.so I want to know if compaq can sell me a cd that brings subsidise my computer to a certain date.
