Are these parts well brought-up and how can I make my PC better ?

But, within general - that seem like a fine laptop :)
You could get 2 graphics cards even though 2 AREN'T needed!

If you have more budget walk with Intel C2Q 6600, Asus P5K Deluxe or Asus Striker if you plan to SLI contained by the future.
Take sophisticated PSU, 500w or 550 watt minimum. But if you plan SLI, get 800 watt minimum.
Well the spex are pretty polite I must say. However, if you can shell out the extra dough (and if you're into gaming), I suggest two things :
1. Get a GeForce 8800 GTX graphics card.
2. Get atleast a 750 watts PSU to product sure that your PC uses all that high-end hardware to the fullest.
The rest adjectives is fine and should last you a polite, long time. Enjoy !
The only problem is the PSU for that laptop you would need 600 watt plus.
