Will cleaning out adjectives the dust inside a computer produce any difference?

only just wondering
and a desktop computer to be specific
i opened up my prehistoric compaq from the old days and found alot of dust inside but i be wondering that if the dust cleanup treatment will make it run faster

yes. i cleaned mine near my air compressor make happen it take time and profusely of air to verbs it really good. it made a big difference. and its purely better all around because your computer won't be running stove than usual
