You should resign from it one till the end of the sunshine when you are done using it. By turning it on all the time it wear out you powerbutton, hard drive, and other internal componts. You could also set your compuer to progress to stand by after like an hour so if you use it again surrounded by that hour you don't put the wear on the hard drive. Then when you rouse up your computer don't do it by pressing the powerbutton. Press a key on your baby grand or wiggle the mouse.
Your computer is better rotten on and you turning it off and on. It have to do with wear and slash on the hard drive. Keeping it on reduce the starting and stopping of the spinning process.
The computer does not use that much electricity.

hibernate - shut down -screen saver password
progress to start at bottom of screen contained by blue bar (task bar)
stir to control panel
choose power options or implementation and maintance options
for mac system preferences > gusto saver
choose never to adjectives listed in attendance or the settings you want
choose apply then choose ok
if you want to hibernate
consequently choose hibernate
click advanced choose hibernate
then click hibernate
click see hibernate
make sure you click apply and ok to everything
also click advanced tab choose show deity on desk top
then you can push power button
window will close
push button again and you are where you be again
computer does not have to do adjectives that work again
password protected screen investor is good
i use it my self
do this by
close adjectives windows
right click on sympathetic area of desk top
choose properties
choose peak saver
choose password protect on resume
this will be your password as you are the administrator
be sure to set the time for blind saver to come on
or and
press the window key logo + L at like peas in a pod time located on the key bord

Just turn it on when you requirement to use it and then turn it stale when you finish your work.. that will save electricity..
I don't shut down much, I set out it on all the time, only just put it into standby mode, and all your programs and users are adjectives the same as when you put it into standby (its contained by the same spot as the shut down button)

very well if you have Windows Vista, be in motion to Start & click that little arrow & click on "Sleep" by doing that, it "kepps your session inmemory & keeps your computer surrounded by a low-power state so you can quickly resume working"

Leaving a system on does use power but newer ones are muct more simplified. If you are really concerned about the amount, you can use power settings to turn the monitor stale and hibernate the system between sessions. It is worth the wait time to power up everything? If you are restarting every partially hour or so. I would set the monitor to sleep and set the drive to shut off after 15 minutes. That mode your recovery time will be profusely less, and the amount of power you use is minimal. If you own a LCD screen, the power consumption is vastly low, about equal as a 75 watt light bulb. and the drive uses a small amount when newly spinning.
Well, how many times exactly is this. If you're chitchat about something close to 4 or 5 times a day, later just turn it on and past its sell-by date (unless they're all in a few hours or something), if you are talking nearly 20 times a day, basically leave it on, and turn it bad when you are going to be away for more than a few hours (like when going to bed).
If you are using your computer off and on adjectives day, give notice it on, till the end of your 'working' year..
The computer really doesn't use as much power as they used to, so, you're just wasting your time by turning it stale, and then waiting for it to restart.
