Just reinstall your system it's a system report that's corrupted thats why it wont boot, if you have win xp disc reboot ur system shift into the bios and change first boot device to cd-rom instead of hd0. Save consequently reboot make sure your win xp disc is surrounded by the drive it should autorun you will get the message to boot from cd-rom hit anykey. With little description you give, I can only diminish it to memory problem, try replacing the memory first.

If it is not there after it can be extracted from:
C:\Windows\Driver Cache\i386\SP2.cab
There are a range of versions of this report but the latest one seem to be the Feb-2007 one that is 2,086 bytes.
See if you can boot surrounded by Safe Mode and try and copy or extract this file to the driver cache folder.
