I own a problem next to games?
dell e521 next to vista home premium
amd athlon 64 x2 3600+ 1.9GHz
4Gb of RAM
256Mb ATI radeon x1300pro graphics card
this system is only days out-of-date and i dont know whats wrong...please tell me how to fix it i dont really want to distribute it back so can i reboot the system or something and what does this envolve...iam relatively new to computers...gratefulness

first of adjectives i wanted to ask few Q in connection with your OS.
1, How do you purchase your computer OS, is it OEM or you installed the vista?
2. which DVD have you purchased Upgrade or Full reworked copy,(clean install)
3. Which graphic card do you own?
if you purchased from preinstalled OEM pc next you have to contact near the dell, regarding this. ( calling microsoft wont give support to in that luggage simply they blam on Dell or divert your call to dell)
If you are purchased from the dell and you installed the OS consequently which version do you installed ( specifically my 2nd Q)
have you upgraded from the XP or verbs installation. Upgrade then lots of hole bugs blaa blaa surrounded by it most of the softwares are not yet compatible next to vista they might cause problem.
if verbs install then its serious concern, 99%driver issue for your clear card, call your dell customer meticulousness and ask them wether your pc will support vista graphics?

if it is upgrade from XP to vista few steps you can try :
Method 1:
1. go safe and sound mode ( restart your computer and keep pressing (F8 fuctional switch upper row of key board not F and 8 ) you will enter within blck screen after select from the list protected mode with network
2. then try to play some same solitude spectator sport observe the color change, if you not observe any change then os is not problem but problem near your 3rd party softwares,not microsoft product

find out which softwarecausing the problem and uninstall it,
if problem still exists: then dance device manager ( only type the same contained by search inn of vista) then select the display adaptor >> properties>> update driver>> online update.
restart your computer and check the problem exitst or not
if problem still exitst you own to call microsoft customer comfort
If it is clean istall of Vista:
check device officer any yellow results on the display adaptor, if it is then update the driver as above.
try to uninstall just now installed softwares
create new user rationalization and try to play the game.
i imagine it's problem with ur graphics card.u should check ur graphics card,by putting it contained by another computer if it works then monitor is the problem.
