After turning on my workstation, it goes to setup and after I exit setup, the laptop says "turn bad power and reinstall the jumper surrounded by normal mode position". What does that mingy? How should I solve that issue?

Have you been inside your computer? This sounds approaching the bios jumper have been moved - the just reason you would is to clear the bios settings. Perhaps the mobile is dying and not keeping the bios settings. I would check these two things. You would have to enjoy your motherboard spec book to know the correct position of the jumper for the bios.
