Best Motherboard for overclocking for smaller quantity than $250?

i will carry an E6700, with an evga 8800GTX at 2000mhz and two 1GB 1066mhz sticks of G-Skill DDR2 RAM. which motherboard would be the best for overclocking my CPU and RAM to the max?
