I guess this will be good to run WoW on short lag ,and if I do fill I'm sure it wouldn't be worth shooting the computer out of frustration right? I just want to know what someone else think. Thanks.

The game other lags in a assault!! But it's not your pc, what you enjoy would display Everquest2 even, which is much more demanding than WoW!!
WoW ran fine on my cheapo 2005 desktop near a cheapo Radeon X300 128MB card. If there's any lag, it's more expected to be from a slow internet connection than from a setup similar to that.
You wouldn't lag beside a computer that is much slower than this. Check your internet nouns, this is probably the cause of your fill issues.
