ATI Radeon EXP200?
Answer:
I've used ATI products for as long as I've been building my own systems (over 10 years now), and enjoy never come across an EXP200. The only PC-related article I know of called an EXP200 is an antediluvian RAID controller by IBM. It might be an old on-board system or mobility GPU.
Are you looking at a lap-top or a tower? What's your budget?
If you can post that info here, I can relieve you!!
ADDED: That's great. If you're looking for a PCI-express card, I'd look at a Sapphire X1950 Pro from Novatech:

If it's an AGP one (older standard), look for a Gecube Radeon x1950XT Overdrive edition from Ebuyer:

However, you need to suffer in mind how much space you own available in your tower, as the x1950 is a BIG card. It will also draw a hell of profusely of power, so make sure your Power Supply can touch it - preferablly, it should have a PCIe 6-pin connector, in recent times for the garphics card! Minimum of 550W.
Both these cards are very awfully good, but I be amazed how much they've come on over the last 12 months.
Any probs, post here and i'll give support to you out.
Bush.
