A "SHELLPAR" god showed up on my desktop. Can I remove it?

Hi. "Shellpar" is short for shell parameter. You can delete it to the recycle bin and see it everything still works OK. It should. You probably have "Sow adjectives hidden files" enabled, but i.e. just a guess. Vista?
