What is the best profile system for linux and window ?

i entail to know something .. can windows lower than linux read the ext3 ??

i uses Win4Lin as windows enviroment underneath opensuse

so do i need to keep hold of some drives in window readable filesystem ? or can it read the ext2 whn installed under linux ..

some other thing . what is the best folder system to choose from for linux to make the failure to pay filesystem for the above hard desk
fat32 ,ext2 , ext3 , resiserf , or what ??

I am not an expert surrounded by this area, but fat32 is credibly stable under window and readable by linux. When I had the two systems running together, I used fat32.
