Any suggestion for a TV (tunner) card that works near few (if not) problem surrounded by Linux,too(and win) ?

am questioning for a TV card that works in Linux
(Fedora,Suse or Ubuntu),after some googling didn't find
a accurate answer,so am here to hear suggestions from linux
users in here ...

Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-150/250/350/500. I own the 150 and it worked with Mythdora. It's a Fedora Core 5 distro near Mythtv preconfigured. That's the easiest way to stir if you want a media center laptop without using M$.
