LCD Screen Makes Computer Restart?

I just this minute got a flat eyeshade monitor for my 4 year old desktop. About a week after I started using the monitor, my comp started to disconnectedly restart every couple of minutes. Could it be the monitor (too demanding for the desktop to work with), or is my desktop just too older and crappy now? Thanks

Answer:
Samething happend to me. I notice I have too much stuuf on my computer (junk) which I don't necessitate. So I system restored and lost most installed things on my computer. But I don't think you want to do that. Try uninstalling doesn`t matter what you don't need. Here's what you can uninstall: Microsoft Office 2003 single if you have xp. And you can install w/e further. I hope this help. Good luck!
