When i am on the notebook the e-machine site keep poppin up, how do i fix this?

and run your anti- spyware program
Even better, get spybot S&D and Lavasoft's classified ad aware and scan and fix.. Try to scan in protected mode..
You can look in the registry to see if in attendance is something installed that doesn't belong:
