When i am on the notebook the e-machine site keep poppin up, how do i fix this?

Answer:
You should hold an anti-spyware solution on your computer. I recommend that you go to http://www.download.com and get hold of AD-AWARE and SpyBot Search & Destory. Install, run, update and scan your computer with both programs.

These are cleanup tools. Ad-aware cleans files, and SpyBot cleans the registry,

Go to the Start menu and pick RUN. Then type MSCONFIG and click on RUN. Pick the Startup paragraph, and UNCHECK unneeded programs at startup. Be sure to keep your antivirus program working.

Good luck and Happy Computing!

Even better, get spybot S&D and Lavasoft's classified ad aware and scan and fix.. Try to scan in protected mode..
You can look in the registry to see if in attendance is something installed that doesn't belong:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Window...

Also:
C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
and
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
Are you taking about when you use IE...the emachines website might be set as your failure to pay homepage...if that's the case purely go into internet option and change your homepage to another!
