I enjoy Western Digital USB External Hard Disk. Everytime I connect them, my computer recognize it, but it doesnt show anything on my computer unit. I dont know how to access any files!! HELP!

well right click on my computer, and select properties. next hardware. then device manger and underneath universial bus controller you should see the device. if you see a "!" then something is wrong. own you tried it on another computer?
