Umm travel to settings in your phone.
Then run to phone settings
then usb settings
and select modem
later use the usb and connect that to your computer.
If you have samsung laptop studio 3 and the program is fully updated there is this deity in the principal menu of the program called hack it internet settings. Just set it up and you can use it as a modem
